I don't think Lungy is working properly, what can I do?
Lungy has a tutorial to help you through the first time you launch it (you can replay the tutorial anytime in Settings). There is a user guide + troubleshooting here.
Is Lungy available for Android or other devices?
Currently, Lungy is only available for iOS devices. If you'd like to know as soon as an Android version is developed, join our mailing list here.
Why does Lungy cost money?
Lungy treats all your data as confidential and private to you. The camera, microphone and breathing data will never leave your phone and are stored securely on your device. Lungy will never record, stream or share any audio from the microphone or video from the camera.

Will there be an iPad version?
Yes! We are working on an iPad version at the moment. We'll let you know as soon as it's available.
What are the benefits of Lungy Deluxe?
The free version of Lungy gives access to a different visual and breathing exercise each day - the exercise will change every 24 hours. With Lungy Deluxe you get unlimited access to all 20 real-time visuals and exercises, so you can explore them all and choose your favourite. You also unlock your 'Progress' screen for more detailed exercise analysis and see your progress over time.
Finally, Lungy was built by a small team of doctors, designers and developers - your support through Lungy Deluxe enables us to create exciting new stuff! 💙
Does Lungy work with AirPods / Bluetooth headphones?
If you start using Bluetooth headphones with Lungy, you can choose to either use the headphones or the breath detection - they won't both work simultaneously. Wired headphones should work perfectly, with the sound through the headphones and breath detection as normal.

I have a medical condition, is Lungy ok to use?
Lungy is intended and designed for use in stress, anxiety, sleep and sports training. It may not be suitable for you if you have a breathing problem. Always check with your doctor or medical professional before using Lungy. You can read Lungy's full medical disclaimer here.
We are developing a standalone version 'Lungy Health' that hopefully can be used in people with breathing problems such as asthma, COPD and breathlessness from Long-COVID. Contact us if you'd like to learn more.

Can I be part of Lungy Health's clinical trials?
Lungy Health is under development and we a planning for a trial in 2023. We'd love to hear from you to see if you meet the recruitment criteria. For now, we are focussing on trialling Lungy Health in breathing conditions: Â asthma, COPD &Â long-COVID. Please get in touch here.
